These are directions for using the sound system
located in the Reynolds Gallery.
Sound from the Desktop Computer
- Power on the computer (you will not need printer access so you can simply cancel the screen that asks for Unser name and password for Pacific Print printers)
- Check to be sure that the HDMI cable is connected to the back of the computer
- Power on the receiver/amp
- Check to be sure that the portable speakers are connected to each of the audio jacks in the gallery. (they are the white boxes located by the door to the gallery storeroom and also in the corner of the second gallery space. Use the jacks marked with blue tape)

- From the Top Menu on the computer. Under the APPLE locate SySTEM SETTINGS and then the SOUND option
- Choose OUTPUT. Computer sound out EP-HDMI-RX

- Choose the HD option on the receiver/amp by pressing the input blue light until the HD option shows up

- Volume up on computer
- Volume up slightly on the receiver/amplifier (Large blue knob on the right side of the receiver/amp.
Sound from the Laptop Computer
- Switch the HDMI cable from the desktop computer to the laptop. Then follow all the same directions as the ones for connecting the desktop computer.
Sound from the BlueTooth Device
- Choose the BLUE option on the receiver/amp by pressing the input blue light until the BLUE (bluetooth) option shows up.
- The receiver/amp bluetooth address is: PT6060CHAE
Sound from the Wireless Mics
- Power on the computer (you will not need printer access so you can simply cancel the screen that asks for Unser name and password for Pacific Print printers)
- Check to be sure that the HDMI cable is connected to the back of the computer
- Check to be sure that the portable speakers are connected to each of the audio jacks in the gallery. (they are the white boxes located by the door to the gallery storeroom and also in the corner of the second gallery space. Use the jacks marked with blue tape)
- Computer sound out to EP-HDMI-RX
- Power on the Bietron transmitter

- Plug the Audio jack from the Bietron into the iPod input located on the front of the receiver/amp
- Choose the iPodMP3 option on the receiver/amp by pressing the input blue light until the iPodMP3 option shows up
- Power on the mics (Located at bottom of each mic)
- Volume up more for voice on the receiver/amplifier (Large blue knob on the right side of the receiver/amp.
- When finished be sure to plug the mics back into the twin charging cables connected to the USB port of the computer
