Paper Resource Booklet
- Choose Layout, Title and Cover Design
- Confirm that all paragraph styles and character styles are labeled consistently
- Apply chosen layout, master pages, styles and folio to all chapters
- Confirm that all chapters begin on a righthand (odd-numbered) page
- PC formats will need to be recreated on Mac
- Determine order of chapters
- Create book
- Create TOC
- Add introduction and Colophon
- Confirm total number of pages are an even multiple of 4
- Print and bind (2-up saddle stitch).
